Strategy-session terms
These are the approved operating terms for preview. Final public legal language requires appropriate review.
Scope
The purchase covers one 60-minute strategy session focused on one primary objective. It is separate from Discord membership and does not include implementation, ongoing support, unlimited access, or guaranteed outcomes.
Confirmation and payment
Payment reserves a requested time. The meeting is not final until Admin confirms it. When a requested time cannot be confirmed, rescheduling is the default. Refunds are available upon request and processed manually.
Rescheduling and attendance
Request changes as soon as possible. Rescheduling is preferred when a confirmed time no longer works. Late changes and missed sessions are reviewed manually until the final public cancellation and no-show policy is approved. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time.
Additional time
Every additional hour requires a separate prepaid booking and confirmed availability.
Deliverables
The $100 strategy session does not include recording, transcription, code, implementation, a written summary, continuing support, or a guaranteed result. Any separate deliverable requires its own written scope.
